The "TEX Twin-Screw Extruder" is a dechlorination treatment device that efficiently thermally decomposes chlorine-based polymers in waste plastics and enables the efficient removal of hydrogen chloride through a twin-screw extrusion method. Thanks to external heating of the cylinder and the shearing action of the screw, it allows for efficient and uniform melting, plasticizing, and thermal decomposition of waste plastics, which is difficult with conventional heating devices.
